Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Skyzer is a product operated by Koryntis. By signing up for the waitlist, creating a workspace, or using the service in any way, you agree to the terms on this page.
Skyzer is currently in early access. A full legal Terms of Service will be published before paid access opens. Until then, the terms below reflect the way we already operate.
Access to the service
During early access, Skyzer is invite-only. You need an invitation code (issued by us) or a valid team invite from an existing customer to create a workspace.
We reserve the right to grant, revoke, or throttle access to keep the service available and safe. We will not revoke access without cause or without giving you a chance to export your data.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Skyzer for legitimate commerce operations and not to abuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use for legitimate business only. No scraping, mass-emailing, spam, phishing, fraud, or any use that violates the WooCommerce or Klaviyo terms of service.
- Protect your credentials. Do not share your account with anyone outside your team. Do not paste customer credentials into Skyzer that you were not authorized to receive.
- Do not abuse the service. No attempts to bypass rate limits, plan limits, or seat limits by scripting the app or spinning up multiple workspaces to dodge caps.
- Do not reverse-engineer. No probing our APIs for undocumented endpoints, no attempts to extract our AI prompts or internal Findings schemas beyond what the product exposes.
Your data + our data
Your data is yours. That includes your store data (orders, customers, products, campaigns), your workspace configuration, and every brief we generate for you. You can export it or delete it at any time.
Our data is ours. That includes the Skyzer service (the app, the analyzer, the brief writer, the docs), our AI prompts, our Findings schemas, and any aggregated, anonymized metrics we compute across all workspaces to improve the product.
Billing + payments
The Free plan is open-ended and requires no card. Paid plans require a valid payment method processed through Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Yearly billing charges once for the year. Monthly billing charges on the same day each month. All fees are quoted in USD and are exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes are collected by Stripe based on your billing address.
Termination
You can cancel your paid plan or delete your workspace at any time from the workspace settings. Cancellation drops your workspace to Free at the end of the current billing period. Deletion purges data within 24 hours and backups within 7 days.
We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates the acceptable use rules above, that fails to pay after a reasonable grace period, or that our compliance team determines poses a security or legal risk to the platform. We will give notice and a chance to export data before deleting anything, absent an emergency.
Warranty + liability
Skyzer is provided on an as-is basis. We work hard to keep the service reliable and the numbers accurate, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular business purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of Skyzer is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or 100 CAD, whichever is greater).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be handled by the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
