Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Skyzer (operated by Koryntis) takes privacy seriously. This page is a plain-language summary of what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have as a customer.
A full legal version will be published before the product opens to paid users. In the meantime, the practices below are the practices we already follow in production.
What we collect
We collect only the data required to run your workspace, deliver your morning brief, and keep the service secure.
- Account identity: your name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash, never in plain text). Your role and workspace memberships.
- Store credentials: the WooCommerce REST keys and Klaviyo private API key you provide when you connect a channel. All credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
- Store data: a read-only copy of your orders, customers, products, inventory levels, refunds, and campaign performance, kept in a tenant-isolated database row.
- Product usage: which pages you view and which actions you click, so we can improve the product. No third-party ad or session-replay trackers run inside the app.
What we don't do
There are a few things we deliberately never do with your data:
- We don't train AI models on your data. We use Gemini and OpenAI APIs with data-retention turned off. Your data is not shared with any model provider for training.
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your data leaves Skyzer only when you export or delete it.
- We don't share data across tenants. Every workspace lives in its own database row with tenant-scoped queries. Your data is your data.
Where your data lives
Skyzer runs on a hardened OVH VPS in Beauharnois, Quebec, Canada. Application data lives in MySQL 8, credentials are encrypted at rest, and daily backups are encrypted in transit and at rest on backup storage.
We chose Canadian hosting on purpose: it keeps us under PIPEDA, and gives our Canadian customers data residency without extra paperwork.
Your rights
As a Skyzer customer you can, at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold on you or your workspace.
- Correct or update any inaccurate information (name, email, workspace metadata).
- Export your workspace data in machine-readable form (JSON or CSV).
- Delete your account and workspace. We purge all primary data within 24 hours and roll off backups within 7 days.
Contact
Privacy questions, data requests, or deletion requests: reach out via our contact page from the address tied to your account. We respond within 3 business days and complete deletions within 7 days.
