Connect Klaviyo

Pull campaigns, flows, profiles, segments, signup forms, and engagement events.

Klaviyo attaches to a Store that already exists in Skyzer. Connect WooCommerce first, then come back here.

Generate a Klaviyo private API key

  1. In Klaviyo: Account → Settings → API Keys.
  2. Click Create Private API Key.
  3. Name it Skyzer. Choose Custom Key and grant Read access for: Campaigns, Flows, Lists, Metrics, Profiles, Segments, Events, Subscriptions, Templates.
  4. Copy the key (looks like pk_xxxxxx).
Read-only access is enough today. Skyzer doesn't push to Klaviyo unless you approve a draft from inside a brief insight.

Paste the key into Skyzer

  1. From your dashboard, click Connect on Klaviyo.
  2. Pick which store this Klaviyo account belongs to.
  3. Paste the private API key and click Connect.

We validate the key against Klaviyo's API immediately. Invalid keys get rejected with a clear error before anything is saved.

What we pull

  • Campaigns - send time, open + click rates, revenue attribution.
  • Flows - which flows are active vs draft, their revenue, recent send volume.
  • Profiles - subscriber count + opted-in segments (we never download every profile - aggregate only).
  • Segments - definitions + member counts for the segments Skyzer uses (VIPs, lapsed, etc.).
  • Signup forms - performance + last 30-day signups.
  • Subscriber growth events - daily net subs to power the email growth metric.

What you get

Once Klaviyo is connected, your brief unlocks cross-channel insights that need both commerce + email data:

  • Dormant high-revenue flows (you have a flow that earned $X but hasn't run in 30 days).
  • Welcome flow gaps (new subscribers aren't getting the right onboarding).
  • Lapsed VIP re-engagement opportunities.
  • Campaign cadence + revenue per email trends.
  • Subscriber growth health (net adds, opt-outs, bounces).

Disconnecting

From the store's connectors list, click Disconnect Klaviyo. Our key is deleted on our side. To revoke it on Klaviyo's side, delete the key from Account → Settings → API Keys.
