Skyzer is a daily operational brief for your commerce stack. This guide walks you through everything from creating an account to reading your first brief.
1. Create your account
Head to app.skyzer.io/signup. During early access you'll need an invite code - request one from g@koryntis.com if you don't have one yet.
Set a strong password (8+ characters with one uppercase letter, one digit, and one symbol). You'll be auto-signed in once the account is created.
2. Complete the onboarding wizard
The wizard asks for three things:
- Workspace name - usually your company or brand (e.g. "Elevated3D").
- Timezone - controls when your morning brief is generated and sent.
- Base currency - all revenue numbers in the brief are expressed in this currency.
3. Connect your first store
After onboarding you'll land on the dashboard with a "Connect a store" CTA. Pick WooCommerce first - Klaviyo (and other channels) attach to a store after it exists.
4. Wait for the first sync
Skyzer pulls up to two years of orders, your full product catalog, and recent customers. Backfill runs in the background - small stores finish in minutes, larger ones in 15-30 minutes. You can leave the page open or come back later.
5. Read your first brief
Your brief is generated at 8am in your workspace's timezone. The morning of the first sync you'll see a "preview" brief immediately if there's enough data; otherwise the first proper brief lands the next morning.
Each insight is one bite-sized observation with a number, a trend, and a suggested action. Click any insight to open the detail page with the underlying data, AI forensics, and recommended next steps.
