When the brief lands
Briefs are generated at 7-8am in your workspace timezone, then emailed to every active member around the same time. If you change your timezone in Settings the next morning's brief follows the new one.
Anatomy of the brief
Three blocks, top to bottom:
1. KPI strip
Five tiles at the top: revenue, orders, average order value, new-customer count, registered-account count. Each compares the last 24 hours to the trailing 7-day average so you can spot a real shift instead of staring at absolute numbers.
2. AI-written summary
2-4 sentences in plain English. This is generated last - after the deterministic analyzer produces typed Findings - so the AI only sees aggregated numbers and labels. It cannot invent figures.
3. Insights list
Each item is a single observation with a recommended action. Click any item to open the detail page.
Common insight types
- Stockouts + low-stock - products with 0 inventory that recently sold, or items with a high sell-through rate over the last 30 days.
- Revenue status changes - a status that's never been used before suddenly shows up (e.g. "manual-hold"). Often a sign that a fulfillment team or a Zap is silently building up.
- Lapsed VIPs - customers in the top revenue tier who haven't ordered in N days.
- Dormant flows - high-revenue Klaviyo flows that have stopped sending.
- Welcome flow gaps - lots of new subscribers arriving but the welcome flow isn't catching them.
- Campaign performance shifts - open or click rates drifting noticeably from your baseline.
Insight detail page
Click any insight to see the underlying data. The detail page has:
- The raw Findings JSON (the numbers the AI saw).
- The relevant customer / order / campaign list with masked PII.
- A "Re-ground analysis" button that re-runs the AI on demand.
- A "Take action" button when applicable (e.g. create a Klaviyo draft, mark for review).
Voting on briefs
Every brief has a thumbs-up / thumbs-down at the top. Use it - your vote feeds back into model selection (we A/B test Gemini Pro vs Flash vs GPT under the hood). Your data is never used to train models.
Email digest
A short version of the brief is emailed to every active member. It's the same content as the web view, formatted for inbox reading. Replies go to nowhere - use the "Open in Skyzer" button to drill in and take action.
