Connect Google Merchant Center

Turn Skyzer into a Merchant Center monitor. Once connected, we snapshot your product statuses and account-level issues on a schedule you control and email you when something loud lands.

Skyzer connects to Google Merchant Center to keep an eye on your Shopping feed for you. Disapproved products, warnings, and account-level policy strikes are silent killers - a merchant loses days or weeks of Google Shopping revenue before noticing.

Setup

  1. Click Add source on the Stores page and pick Google Merchant Center.
  2. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Merchant Center.
  3. Pick the correct merchant account from the picker (matches by name and website).
  4. First sync fires automatically. Your feed status appears on the dashboard tile within a minute.

What Skyzer surfaces

Three signal types feed into your daily brief and the Insights Merchant Center section:

  • Account-level issues. Misrepresentation, unclaimed website, suspended account. Always shown as critical. These affect every product until resolved.
  • Disapproval spikes. When today's disapproved count grows vs yesterday's snapshot. Cited with both numbers so you know if it's 3 more or 30.
  • Newly disapproved SKUs. The specific products that flipped from approved to disapproved today, with Google's issue code so you know where to look.

Sync cadence

Your plan controls how often Skyzer polls Merchant Center. Free plans typically sync every 6 hours, higher plans hourly. An admin can override the interval per plan and trigger an immediate sync at any time.

Email alerts

Skyzer emails the tenant admin when a new critical or error-severity account issue appears. Deduped over 7 days per issue title so you're never spammed with the same alert.

You'll need to register the Skyzer Google Cloud project against each Merchant Center account before the sync will pull. Skyzer runs this bootstrap for you on the first sync attempt; a one-off admin script is available if needed.
