Every store gets the same five templates on day one. Each list computes deterministically from your Woo orders and Klaviyo state so it's ready to push the moment you land on the page.
The five templates
Ranked by commercial urgency:
- Lapsed VIPs. Top-decile lifetime-value customers past your lapse threshold who aren't already in your winback flow. The highest-ROI list to run.
- Recent buyers missed by welcome. Customers who bought in the last 14 days but aren't subscribed to your Klaviyo welcome flow. Sync-gap indicator.
- At-risk customers. Last order between your at-risk and lapsed thresholds. Prime for a soft-nudge campaign before they fully lapse.
- Lapsed customers. Between the lapsed and inactive thresholds. Needs stronger reactivation - a discount, a new-product announcement.
- Inactive customers. Past your inactive threshold. Cold list. Unlikely to reactivate without a strong offer or a new hook.
Four push destinations
Every audience has four Push buttons:
- Klaviyo. Creates or updates a named list in your Klaviyo account. Every push reconciles: profiles that newly qualify are added, profiles that no longer match are pruned. Your Klaviyo list always mirrors the current audience definition.
- CSV export. Downloads a CSV with email, first name, last name, lifetime revenue, and last order date. No integration required.
- Meta Custom Audiences. Uploads SHA-256 hashed emails to your Meta ad account. Requires a Meta connector (Business System User token + ad account ID).
- Google Ads Customer Match. Creates a Customer Match user list and uploads hashed emails via offline user data jobs. Requires your Google Ads developer token and OAuth.
How pushes work
One click writes a pending AudiencePush row, calls the destination adapter, then updates the row with success or error. Every push is logged in the activity feed at the bottom of /audiences so nothing happens silently.
Mapping to Klaviyo segments
In per-store settings you can map any number of your Klaviyo segments to each audience role. Skyzer then excludes customers already in those segments so you're only surfacing people your current playbook missed.
