Reach the settings page from the Stores list - each store row has a gear icon. Two cards inside: lifecycle thresholds and Klaviyo segment/flow mapping.
Lifecycle thresholds
Days since last order that place a customer in each stage. Stages are exclusive: a customer sits in exactly one at a time.
- At risk. Bought recently but starting to slow down. Default 60 days. Prime for a soft-nudge before they lapse.
- Lapsed. Notable drop in engagement. Default 120 days. Winback territory.
- Inactive. Cold. Default 180 days. Unlikely to reactivate without a strong offer.
Values must be strictly increasing: at-risk less than lapsed less than inactive. Skyzer snaps them to the closest valid sequence on save if you get them out of order.
Klaviyo segment and flow mapping
Tell Skyzer which of your Klaviyo segments correspond to each role. Skyzer uses your explicit mapping first, then falls back to matching by segment name if no mapping is set.
- Winback segment(s). Customers you're already actively re-engaging. Skyzer excludes matches from the Lapsed VIPs audience so you don't double-push.
- Welcome flow. Your welcome or onboarding flow. Recent buyers not reached by it become the missed-by-welcome audience.
- At-risk segment(s). Optional. Your existing at-risk segment. Skyzer surfaces only customers not in it.
- Lapsed segment(s). Optional. Your existing lapsed segment. Skyzer surfaces only customers not in it.
- Inactive segment(s). Optional. Your existing inactive segment. Skyzer surfaces only customers not in it.
Segment roles are multi-select except welcome (single flow). Merchants with tiered winback segments (30 day / 60 day / 90 day) can map all three to the winback role.
Refreshing the directory
Skyzer caches your Klaviyo segments and flows the first time you visit the settings page. When you add new segments in Klaviyo, click the Refresh button on the settings page to re-fetch. The cache saves a few seconds per page load and keeps you clear of Klaviyo's rate limits.
